I have had a pair of docpods for many years and found I needed another pair to limit moving them from shoe to shoe. For me, a way better insole, rounding my heel and supporting my arch without adding height to the front of my foot.

This is the second time I've used these for arch support. They fit my shoes perfectly and unlike some arch supports, they don't take up a lot of room in the shoe. Since using these in my shoes my feet and legs don't ache like they used to. My first pair are 10 years old and still going strong but have recently purchased new ones for a different pair of shoes. Easy to wash too. Definitely recommend if you have foot and leg pain.

I bought these as my RMs Williams Comfort Craftsman felt like it has little support for my flat feet. Feel it particularly after >20min walks. This slim insole does provides support without taking up much space. Took me 2 min to put on. Would recommend if you are looking for additional arch support.
