Foot Pillow Gel Innersole

I slightly injured my left foot while jogging with my dog. I’m flat footed.

It was am insidious injury. Getting new sports shoes did not help. The more I walked the dog the more painful it got.

Rested up for a couple of weeks. Took osteo relief tablets and did gentle stretching exercises.

It turned out the additional culprit due to the injury was my ordinary walking shoes.

I ordered the foot pillow gel insoles to help with that.

They worked a treat. Gentle stretching and walking combined did the trick.

After almost three weeks everything is back to normal.

Yes. I’m careful where walk and exercise with the dog. He actually compensated for my slower and gentler activity along the way.
