  • Orthotics for Flat Feet

Our orthotic insoles help treat fallen or collapsed arches by supporting flat feet to provide stability which also reduces pain. The high arch support allows the feet to be more rested when walking.

  • Orthotics for High Arches

Our Orthotics will help with comfort in the heel, forefoot & general alignment by supporting the calcaneal inclination angle to help to rest the arches and prevent plantar fasciitis.

  • Rolling in / Over Pronation

Our arch supports help the normal pronation function of the foot and reduce excessive force placed on the arches leading to arch pain and lower limb pains.

  • Rolling out / Supination

Our insoles help support rolling out feet with arch supports on the outside edge of the foot. Outside arch support helps the feet to track in a more neutral less stressful walking pattern.

Podiatrist Review: How Orthotic Insoles Help Foot Pain

Our orthotics are designed to reduce all types of foot discomfort

Knee Pain

Help reduce the nagging, burning pain (Chondromolacia Patella) underneath or on the inside of the knee cap. An orthotic insole will help to stabilize the foot and leg and limit overuse. With orthotic therapy the knee will track straighter and come under less strain.

Shin Pain

Help treat shin splints and bursting or throbbing pain during activity. Orthotics work by supporting the arches and limiting over pronation. By using a combination of different materials the best insoles will both support and cushion your feet and legs.

Lower Back Pain / Hip Pain

Control excessive pronation and help to maintain an effective back posture. Orthotic insoles (shoe inserts) work to add extra cushioning and arch support to the feet. This helps to control the excessive movements of the legs that can affect the back and hips when standing for long periods.

Foot Pain

Including Plantar Fasciitis, heel pain, arch pain, flat foot, heel spurs and ball of foot pain. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common foot pains treated by orthotic insoles. An orthotic insole that offers full foot support will add arch support and prevent over pronation.

Ankle Pain

Takes pressure off calf muscles, Achilles tendon to help reduce strains. The extra support to the foot will help to reduce pain and strain on the Achilles tendon and improve comfort.

  • They work!

"After 12 months of expensive medical appointments and discomfort for a hip problem, i decided to try docpods. I feel much better now on my feet. Think outside the square… your feet carry your weight and any problems there may intensify alignment problems and pain further up your body."

    P Jones.

  • Pain Free

"Finally – no more pain after 5k’s of running. Very happy even after day 5 of wearing them. For anyone else buying – just make sure your shoes have removable insoles so you can replace with the docpods ones."
